Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- The tool writes nothing on the claim form and nothing in the declaration. Index only the attachments the lawyer names. Do not choose the form or the scheme.
- What the lawyer must review
- Download the current form on the day of lodgement and take every answer from the client
- The CTP form cites Crimes Act 1900 section 307C. The worker's form does not cite that section
- The injured person signs the CTP form unless under 18 or unable to sign
- The worker must sign section 9. This verification is the part the tool does not touch

The work product
Forum. A New South Wales CTP claim, or a New South Wales workers compensation claim
Produce. An index of attachments only. The form itself is completed by the lawyer with the client.
Have ready. The scheme and the accident or injury date, as the lawyer identifies them; The current form downloaded that day; The client's own instructions for each answer.
Example of the limit. Illustrative example: The file has both a motor accident and a work injury. The lawyer downloads the CTP form for the motor accident and leaves every answer blank for the conference. The tool lists the police event number and the certificate of capacity as attachments and writes nothing on the form.
Stop and hand it back when
- Any answer or signature block on the form has been written by the tool.
- The worker's form is treated as carrying the Crimes Act section 307C warning, which the opened pages do not contain.
