Plan a matter
Usual tasks, against your tools.
Pick the matter, the forum and the tools. Each cell is a starting point: the suggested Efficiency, Effectiveness and Due diligence, and whether a note on file restricts the use. Open a cell to read it. Where a level is suggested and you are signed in, you can record a different number. A suggestion is not a decision that a tool may be used. This is not legal advice.
Preparing the grid sends the matter, the forum, the sensitivity and the tool names to this site. That request is not stored. An unsaved plan stays in this browser tab. Do not type a client’s name.
Tools
Up to six. A tool from your toolset is used when you are signed in. A tool that is not in the catalogue gets no suggested level.

Save the plan
The plan stores the matter type, the forum, the tools and any decision records you open from it. It does not ask for a client’s name. Suggested levels are calculated again when you open the plan. They are a starting point you can override.
