When to use it
Use when a power sale or offtake needs a schedule for certificates or other attributes the parties want to transfer. Do not use it to describe a program that has not been named by the lawyer.
Used for these tasks
Each task page says how far AI may help with the task and what the lawyer must review.
How AI may be used
Yellow: the lawyer names the program, the registry and who holds title before the schedule is attached.
AI may
- Define the attribute as a contract term and leave the program name blank.
- Allocate title, transfer date and what happens if a certificate is not issued.
- Keep the schedule from stating that a regulator must recognise the attribute.
AI must not
- Do not name a state renewable program, a registry or a certificate statute. None was opened.
- Do not say the attribute is a security.
- Do not tie the attribute to a Commission rate without the lawyer reading section 824d.
The lawyer checks
- Insert the program's own defined term after reading that program.
- Decide whether the attribute is part of a rate or contract that section 824d requires to be filed.
- Match the schedule to the quantity in the term sheet.
