Evidence map for funded NDIS supports
A table that lines each requested support up with the reasonable-and-necessary points on the NDIA page, the evidence, and the gaps. It does not say that a support meets the test. Access criteria are left blank.

When to use it
Use when mapping treating evidence to a decision about supports the NDIA did or did not fund. For an access decision, use it only as an index of the evidence. The NDIA eligibility page was not opened, so this map does not set out the access test.
Used for these tasks
Each task page says how far AI may help with the task and what the lawyer must review.
How AI may be used
AI may place each report's title, author and date in the evidence column and leave the criterion column blank. The lawyer chooses the criterion and decides whether anything is missing. The tool does not say a support is reasonable and necessary.
AI may
- List each report by title, author and date in the evidence column
- Copy a criterion heading from the list below into a row only when the lawyer has named that criterion
- Flag a support that has no document dated after the plan was approved
AI must not
- Must not write that a support is reasonable and necessary, or that it is an NDIS support
- Must not fill the access-criteria column from memory
- Must not treat the guideline PDF or DOCX as read. They were not opened
- Must not send the map to the NDIA or the Tribunal
The lawyer checks
- Each criterion marked on a row is one of the points on the current NDIA page, and the evidence actually speaks to it
- The current NDIS supports list and replacement-support page are read before the last column is completed
- An access decision is not mapped against these funded-support criteria
Method: how the Green, Yellow and Red levels are decided. This is guidance for planning, not legal advice.
