Used for these tasks
Each task page says how far AI may help with the task and what the lawyer must review.
How AI may be used
AI may record the date and the titles that were visible. The lawyer decides whether any unopened PDF, or a later note, changes the position.
AI may
- Record the date the list was opened and that no visible title mentioned artificial intelligence
- List any new title that does mention it, for the lawyer to open
AI must not
- Must not state that the Family Court of Western Australia has no AI requirement
- Must not apply the FCFCOA practice direction to a Family Court of Western Australia document because this list was silent
- Must not draft the Family Court of Western Australia affidavit forms. They are separate tasks
The lawyer checks
- The list is opened again before the document is filed
- Any note or direction whose title could cover evidence, experts or technology is opened. None was opened from this page
- A Western Australian family law affidavit still follows that Court's form
Method: how the Green, Yellow and Red levels are decided. This is guidance for planning, not legal advice.
