Build a chronology of alleged bullying for the lawyer to classify
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Build a dated chronology of the incidents in the documents the lawyer marks. Write no complaint and no demand.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what, if anything, is filed. Section 654 requires a workplace free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm, and compliance with promulgated standards. It does not create a stop-bullying application. You decide whether any incident meets that section, and you open any state statute that does deal with bullying. Formal Opinion 512: the chronology is checked against the documents. Model Rule 1.6 applies to the file.
