Victorian tenancy notice and bond deadline register
A Victorian register of notice, re-letting and bond dates once the lawyer has named the ground and the service date. It uses Consumer Affairs Victoria's minimum periods. It does not decide that a ground is available.

When to use it
Use after the ground for a Victorian notice to vacate, or the end date of the agreement, is already chosen, and the dates need to be diarised. Do not use it to choose the ground or to draft the notice. Room, caravan and site notices use different pages.
Used for these tasks
- Build the tenancy notice, hearing and bond deadline register
- Build the re-letting exclusion register for properties ended on a no-re-let ground
Each task page says how far AI may help with the task and what the lawyer must review.
How AI may be used
AI may enter the service date and count the minimum period for the ground the lawyer has already named. It does not choose the ground or say the notice is valid.
AI may
- Enter the service date, the delivery method, and the minimum days for the ground code the lawyer has ticked
- Count the termination date from that ground and flag that posted notices need Australia Post delivery time on top
- Diary a six-month re-let date where the notice-to-vacate page states that limit for the ticked ground
- Diary the bond dates from the bond-claims page once the agreement end date is known
AI must not
- Must not choose the ground, or say the notice is valid or invalid
- Must not treat a renter's agreement to leave, made without a notice, as a notice to vacate
- Must not apply these periods to a rooming house, caravan park or Part 4A site. Those pages were not opened
- Must not state a mortgagee's notice period. The page says there are specific provisions and does not set them out
The lawyer checks
- The ground code matches the notice that was given, or the ground the rental provider has decided to use
- Posted notices use registered post, and the termination date allows Australia Post delivery time
- A six-month re-let entry is made only for a ground the page attaches that limit to
- The bond dates use the agreement end date, and note whether the renter has already started a claim
