- How AI is used

- What the lawyer must review
- Confirm the label was marked before the cap is copied
- Keep the words up to. Do not turn a cap into a certain payment
- Do not add distress and dependency into one figure
- Use a firm-controlled tool for health records. ASCR r 9, APP 11 and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) apply.

Checklist
- For a related victim, copy distress up to $15,000, dependency up to $20,000 depending on the dependency, and a funeral payment up to $15,000, but only for the payment type the lawyer has marked.
- Write the words up to. The guide does not print a flat amount.
- Recovery expenses are a separate list: counselling, medical, travel, a report and other recovery expenses. Do not copy them as if they were the distress cap.

This is a lookup after the label is marked. It is not a decision that the person is a related victim. Section 141A is a notice duty, not the cap.
If the label is not one the guide prints, stop and return the row.
Keep any health record behind the label in a firm-controlled tool. ASCR r 9 and APP 11 apply, and a breach may be notifiable under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
