Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Compare the client's draft description of the incident, the injury and the time off work with the chronology and payroll. List sentences the records do not support, and sentences that omit a date the notice period uses. Do not rewrite the description, and do not write any verification.
- What the lawyer must review
- Decide what may go into the notice. The client draft is not the notice.
- If the form requires a statutory declaration, the tool writes nothing in it.
- Check PIPA s 9 or Motor Accident Insurance Act s 37 before lodgement.
- Use a firm-controlled tool. Check ASCR r 9, APP 11 and any notifiable breach.
