How AI is used
Build a schedule of injury, treatment, and specials from the records, each line tied to a page. Write no sentence of the letter that will be signed or sent.
What the lawyer must review
You write the demand. It is a signed letter, and any fact in it has to be in the records. Model Rule 1.1 and Formal Opinion 512 require you to review tool output, including figures. If the same content later appears in a federal pleading, Rule 11(b) is your certification and Rule 3.3 requires you to correct a false statement. Do not put the medical records into a public tool (Rule 1.6; 45 C.F.R. § 164.502).
