List the place, the time, the altitude, and the section in § 107.205 that the lawyer says the operation would depart from. Do not write the safety justification and do not say a waiver will be issued.
What the lawyer must review
You write the request. Section 107.200(a) says the Administrator may issue a certificate of waiver from a regulation specified in § 107.205 if the Administrator finds the proposed operation can safely be conducted under the terms of the certificate. Section 107.200(b) says a request must contain a complete description of the proposed operation and a justification that establishes that the operation can safely be conducted under those terms. The Administrator may prescribe additional limitations. A person who receives a certificate may deviate only to the extent it specifies and must comply with its conditions. Section 107.205 lists the regulations that may be waived, including §§ 107.25, 107.29(a)(2) and (b), 107.31, 107.33, 107.35, 107.37(a), 107.39, 107.41, 107.51, and 107.145, with the limits the section states on §§ 107.25 and 107.31. A rule that is not on that list is not proposed for waiver. The safety justification is yours. The tool does not write it.
