Extract the master-plan passages the lawyer marks
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Extract each passage the lawyer marks in the draft plan, with the page or section the plan uses. Do not write the submission.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write any submission. No airport-planning statute was opened. The opened text of 49 U.S.C. § 41713 says that, except as provided in that subsection, a State, a political subdivision, or a political authority of at least two States may not enact or enforce a law related to a price, route, or service of an air carrier. The exceptions were not fully read. That section is not a statute for comments on an airport master plan, and this check does not say what a comment may cover. Model Rule 3.3(a)(1) applies to any statement you later file. Formal Opinion 512 requires you to verify an extract against the page you marked. A concern that is not in a marked passage is not added.
