Arrange the client's account for a Social Security or VA review
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Put the dates and events the client has stated into a chronology, in the client's words where the note records them. Write no statement that will be submitted.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write any statement that will be submitted with a Social Security or veterans' review. You decide what is said and what is left out. Formal Opinion 512: a generated account is not the client's evidence until you and the client have settled it. The disability guide's sequential evaluation is the Administration's process. It is not a script for the client. Model Rule 1.6: do not put the client's account into a public tool.

| Lawyer | Perform the substantive analysis and decisions. Independently check any permitted supporting work and approve the exact output for its intended use. |
