List each change the lawyer has supplied, the benefit it relates to, and the date it happened. Do not pick the reporting day.
What the lawyer must review
The Social Security page on communicating changes says to report a change in work, income, address, leaving the United States for more than 30 days, marital status, or the household, by the 10th day of the month after the change. Its example is a marriage on 27 January reported by 10 February. The SSI reporting page says SSI changes, including income, resources, living arrangements, and starting or stopping work, must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after the end of the month in which the change occurred. Use the page that matches the benefit. Do not treat the two sentences as the same rule.
