Section 32(1) defines injury as personal injury arising out of or in the course of employment if employment is a significant contributing factor. Section 32(5) says injury does not include a psychiatric or psychological disorder arising out of or in the course of reasonable management action taken in a reasonable way in connection with the employment, the worker's expectation or perception of reasonable management action taken against the worker, or action by the Regulator or an insurer about the compensation application. The examples are transfer, demotion, discipline, redeployment, retrenchment or dismissal, and a decision not to award promotion, reclassification, transfer, leave or a benefit connected with the employment.

Section 32(2) says employment need not be a contributing factor if section 34(2) or section 35(2) applies. Those sections were not opened. The claim page does not restate section 32(5). AustLII can lag the Queensland legislation site.
