How AI is used
From the debtor’s books, list the month, the receipts, the disbursements, and the bank balance the books state, with the source page. Do not complete a report form.
What the lawyer must review
The United States Trustee Program states that on 21 June 2021, 28 C.F.R. § 58.8 became effective. Chapter 11 debtors in possession and trustees, other than in small business and subchapter V cases, file monthly operating reports and post-confirmation reports on uniform forms in districts where the Program operates. UST Forms 11-MOR and 11-PCR on that page are for reports filed after 30 November 2021. Small business and subchapter V debtors are not subject to that Final Rule. They use Official Form 425C for periodic reporting before confirmation, and they consult the local United States Trustee office for post-confirmation reporting. The forms themselves were not opened, so this version does not describe their fields. The lawyer completes and signs the official form. Bankruptcy Rule 9011(b) is the certification when a document is presented to the court.
