How AI is used
For each payment the lawyer has marked, list the date, the payee, the antecedent debt the invoice shows, and whether the file contains a contract or a course-of-dealing document. Leave the avoidability column blank.
What the lawyer must review
The lawyer fills any conclusion. 11 U.S.C. § 547(e) times perfection for the purposes that subsection states, including a 30-day period after the transfer takes effect between the transferor and the transferee. Section 547(c)(2) is the ordinary-course exception in its current text. Section 548(a)(1) is the two-year fraudulent-transfer reach, with actual intent in (A) and the reasonably-equivalent-value path in (B). Bankruptcy Rule 9011(b) applies if these points are later put in a complaint: the lawyer certifies them after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances. A sanctions motion is served under Rule 7004 and is not filed if the challenged contention is withdrawn or corrected within 21 days, except a petition filed in violation of (b). The tool writes no complaint.
