Build a clause schedule from the solicitation the lawyer supplies

- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List each provision and clause printed in the solicitation the lawyer supplies, with the number and the date as printed. Do not add a provision or clause from the matrix, and do not mark one as required.
- What the lawyer must review
- FAR 52.101(b) provides that the text of FAR provisions and clauses is in subpart 52.2, and that each is uniquely identified. A number begins with 52.2, the next two digits correspond to the FAR subject part, and the number ends with a hyphen and a sequential number. Paragraph (e) describes a matrix of required, required-when-applicable, and optional provisions and clauses. Paragraph (e)(3) provides that the matrix does not give sufficient information to determine applicability in the required-when-applicable and optional categories, and that contracting officers shall refer to the FAR text cited in the matrix that prescribes the use. Paragraph (f) provides that the date of a provision, clause, or alternate shall be included whether it is incorporated by reference or in full text. ABA Formal Opinion 512 (29 July 2024) leaves the lawyer responsible for the schedule. The schedule copies the solicitation. It does not prescribe a clause.
