Checklist
- A return condition can cover the protected person's property, a family member's property, or shared property needed for everyday life with as little disruption as practicable.
- An animal that is the protected person's property can be directed back, with items for its care, health or wellbeing if the court considers that appropriate or necessary.
- An exclusion condition can keep the furniture and appliances that run the home in the residence, and can allow the respondent back with a police officer or another specified person for property that need not stay.
