Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the order, the application, and the list of people who will receive documents, list every name, school, workplace and address that the opened publication rule would restrict, and every recipient who is outside the lawyer's office. Do not write a publication. Do not include the address in the protocol if the protocol itself will be emailed widely.
- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer decides what may be published or sent, whether a court direction or order is required before a name is used, and how the file is labelled so staff do not put the address in a served document.
