- How AI is used
- From the proposed single-enterprise agreement and the employee list the lawyer supplies, set out the employer and the employees the application must specify, whether a supported bargaining authorisation or an unexpired single-interest or supported bargaining agreement blocks the application, and the four matters in section 237(2). Count only the figures the lawyer supplies. The tool does not write or lodge the application.
- What the lawyer must review

Checklist
- Confirm the agreement is a proposed single-enterprise agreement and that the applicant is a bargaining representative of an employee who will be covered.
- Check the section 236(1A) and 236(1B) bars before an application is prepared.
- Set the majority, the employer’s position, the fairly-chosen question and reasonableness as items for the lawyer, and do not treat a petition count as the Commission’s finding.
