Checklist
- Use the specific-conditions card. The page, updated 1 July 2026, says it covers clinically required treatment in Australia for eligible conditions, and that cover can differ with the type and time of service.
- Non-liability mental health treatment does not require proof that service caused the condition. The page limits it to at least one day of continuous full-time service, disaster relief, border protection, or a serious training accident. Continuous full-time service does not include ordinary reserve training days.
- The page also allows non-liability cover for cancer, described as malignant neoplasm, and pulmonary tuberculosis for certain service. The detailed eligibility pages were not opened.
- The page states a prescription co-payment of $7.70 an item until the safety net. Confirm that figure. Do not turn this note into a permanent impairment assessment.
