Index the deposit papers for a claim the lawyer will write
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- List the contract clause the lawyer marks on the deposit, the amount the clause states, and the date any notice in the file was sent. Do not write a demand and do not calculate a refund.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write any claim for return of a deposit, and you write any factual account. No statute giving a right to the deposit was opened, and no cooling-off period was opened. Rule 11(b)(3) is the certification on facts you present. Model Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation that lets the client decide. The amount, if you allege one, is the figure in the contract or in a receipt in the file. The tool does not subtract costs or interest.
