Quote the inspection window the contract actually states

How AI is used
Quote the inspection clause, including any number of days it states and what may be inspected. Do not insert a three-day window the contract does not use.
What the lawyer must review
You diary the inspection from the contract. No statute giving a purchaser three days before completion was opened. If the contract states a different window, that is the window. If it states none, the tool says so. Model Rule 1.4(a)(3) requires you to keep the client informed of the date you calculate from the clause. You do the counting. The tool does not. Formal Opinion 512 requires you to verify the quote.
