- How AI is used
- List the federal funding, licence, or land status the papers already state, and any historic property or cultural item the papers already name. Do not clear the site.
- What the lawyer must review
- 54 USC section 306108 requires a federal agency that has authority to license, or jurisdiction over, a federal or federally assisted undertaking to take into account the effect on any historic property before approving the expenditure or the licence, and to afford the Advisory Council a reasonable opportunity to comment. The definition of historic property is in section 300308, which was not opened. 25 USC section 3002 addresses ownership or control of Native American cultural items excavated or discovered on federal or tribal lands after 16 November 1990, and intentional excavation only if subsection (c) is met. Open subsection (c) before you say an excavation is permitted. This is not a native-title screen. There is no native-title register to search.
