- What the lawyer must review
- A city or county may regulate use through ordinances under Government Code section 65850, and a condition should be read against that ordinance and the approval it attaches to. A federal fill permit under 33 USC section 1344 is a different instrument: the Secretary of the Army may issue it after notice and opportunity for public hearings. You settle every sentence of a comment before it is sent. Opinion 512 and Rule 11, if the comment is later filed in court: a generated legal contention is not your certification.
