Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List indexing, dating, and sorting of records already in the file. Columns are the task, the document name, and the date printed. Leave out any task that would produce a sentence of a filed paper, a letter, or a statement.
- What the lawyer must review
- Formal Opinion 512 requires review of tool output before anyone relies on it, and it treats confidentiality as covering all information relating to the representation. Model Rule 1.6 is that duty. You decide which tasks a tool may do. A commission administration rule was not opened.
