How AI is used
Turn the lawyer's chronology into an elements table: the court, the jurisdictional basis, each claim, the facts the lawyer has marked as supported, and the relief sought. Write no paragraph of the pleading.
What the lawyer must review
You write and sign the pleading. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 8(a) requires a short and plain statement of jurisdiction, a short and plain statement of the claim, and a demand for relief. Rule 11(b) certifies that the legal contentions are warranted and that the factual contentions have evidentiary support or will likely have it after investigation. Rule 3.3 and Formal Opinion 512 require you to review citations and analysis before filing. State courts use their own pleading rules. Medical facts stay out of public tools.
