- 29 U.S.C. § 794 says no otherwise qualified individual with a disability shall, solely by reason of that disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, or under any program or activity conducted by an executive agency or the United States Postal Service. 42 U.S.C. § 12182 says no individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations of any place of public accommodation. Discrimination there includes a failure to make reasonable modifications in policies when necessary, unless the entity shows a fundamental alteration, and a failure to provide auxiliary aids and services unless that would fundamentally alter the good or service or result in an undue burden. You decide which statute, if either, the notice is about. The response is yours. This is not an NDIS Commission notice.

- Verify the applicable jurisdiction and the version of each relevant law, rule or instrument in force at the material time.
- Confirm the output against the client’s instructions and the complete relevant source material, including omissions or contradictions.
- Resolve exceptions and record the responsible lawyer’s approval of the exact output and intended use.
