- Index each agency document and each document the person holds, by date and subject, and mark items that appear on only one side. Write no argument and no request.
- What the lawyer must review
- The Social Security appeal page lists four steps: reconsideration, a hearing with an administrative law judge, Appeals Council review, and a federal district court action. It states no number of days, so you do not add one. The disability page says Social Security Disability Insurance pays monthly benefits to a person whose disability stops or limits the ability to work, and that a person who is approved must report changes to work, income and personal information. This index is not an NDIS plan review and not a tribunal book. Rule 1.6 applies to medical records. You decide what the mismatch means.
