Log dates and amounts of offers in a disability dispute
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Record the date of each offer and the amount or action the offer states. Write no negotiation strategy and no response.
- What the lawyer must review
- This is not an NDIS review and not an Australian tribunal. Section 12182 of Title 42 says no individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations of any place of public accommodation by a person who owns, leases, or operates that place. Section 794 of Title 29 says no otherwise qualified individual with a disability shall, solely by reason of disability, be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance, or under a program or activity conducted by an Executive agency or the Postal Service. The lawyer decides which statute applies and conducts the negotiation. Medical records do not go into a public tool. Model Rule 1.6 applies.
