Index the facts a service member supplies for a court-martial or inquiry
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Index the facts the member supplies and the documents on the file, with the page each fact came from. Do not write the account that will be given to the tribunal.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write anything the member gives to a court-martial or an inquiry. The tool only indexes. Article 16 classifies courts-martial. It does not set out how a member gives an account, and no Manual for Courts-Martial paragraph was opened. Model Rule 3.3 forbids offering evidence known to be false. Opinion 512 forbids filing generated text you have not checked. Do not put the member's instructions into a public tool.
