List the person who claims possession or ownership, the interest the papers already describe, and the date process was executed if the file states it. Write no sentence of the statement and no answer.
What the lawyer must review
Supplemental Rule C(6) requires a person who asserts a right of possession or any ownership interest in the arrested property to file a verified statement of right or interest within 14 days after execution of process, or within the time the court allows. The statement must describe the interest that supports the demand for restitution or the right to defend. An agent, bailee, or attorney must state the authority to file for another. An answer must be served within 21 days after the statement is filed. There is no Australian caveat against arrest in this rule. You verify and you sign. The tool writes none of the statement. Rule 11 is the certification on a filing.
