Health, wage and scheme records stay in a firm-controlled tool. Check ASCR r 9, APP 11, and whether a disclosure is notifiable under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Section 57 of the interest rule is in the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth), not the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994. Section 9(1)(e) takes outside that Act a contract entered for a workers' compensation law, or for compensation for death or injury arising out of the use of a motor vehicle. Motor Accident Insurance Act section 42 is payment of private hospital, medical and pharmaceutical expenses once liability is admitted. Subsection (3) is about treatment, care and support needs. Neither states an interest rate, and none is entered.
