- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Set each factual sentence the lawyer has drafted beside the document in the file that supports it, and list any sentence with no support. Change no sentence of the paper.
- What the lawyer must review
- Bankruptcy Rule 9011(b): by presenting a petition, pleading, written motion, or other document, whether by signing, filing, submitting, or later advocating it, the attorney certifies that, to the best of the person’s knowledge, information, and belief formed after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances, the conditions of that subdivision are met. Rule 9011(a) requires the attorney’s signature on every petition, pleading, written motion, and other document, except a list, schedule, or statement, or an amendment to one of them. Rule 9011(c)(2): a sanctions motion is served under Rule 7004 and must not be filed if the challenged contention is withdrawn or appropriately corrected within 21 days after service, or another period the court orders, except where the conduct alleged is filing a petition in violation of (b). Formal Opinion 512: the lawyer makes the inquiry. The tool does not sign and does not leave a sentence in the paper.
