List the assets, debts, income, and employers shown in the documents the lawyer marks, with the document name. Write none of the petition, the schedules, or the statement of financial affairs.
What the lawyer must review
Official Form B 101 is the Voluntary Petition for Individuals Filing for Bankruptcy. The form page states form number B 101, category Individual Debtors, effective 22 June 2024, and that official forms must be used under Bankruptcy Rule 9009. The PDF was not opened, so this version does not describe any declaration on the form. 11 U.S.C. § 521(a)(1) lists what else the debtor files, including the list of creditors and, unless the court orders otherwise, the schedules, the statement of financial affairs, employer payment advices for the 60 days before filing, the statement of monthly net income, and the statement of a reasonably anticipated increase over the 12 months after filing. The lawyer prepares every paper. Bankruptcy Rule 9011(b) certifies a petition that is presented. A non-individual petition form was not opened.
