- How AI is used
- From the invoices and the ledger, list the creditor, the invoice date, the amount printed, and the page. Write nothing that would be signed.
- What the lawyer must review
- Official Form 105 asks each petitioner to state the nature of the claim and the amount above the value of any lien, and its request for relief is a declaration that the information is true, referring to 18 U.S.C. §§ 152 and 3571 and to § 303(i). Official Form 205 asks for the same claim information and contains a declaration under penalty of perjury. You examine the information and you sign. The tool does not. Bankruptcy Rule 9011(b)(3) requires the factual contentions in a petition you present to have evidentiary support, or to be identified as likely to have it after a reasonable opportunity for investigation.
