List the foreign judgment facts before any registration

- How AI is used
- List the foreign court, the date, the sum, and the currency the judgment states. Do not register it and do not say a federal statute makes it enforceable.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide the path, and you prepare any filing. Section 1963 covers a money or property judgment of a court of appeals, district court, bankruptcy court, or the Court of International Trade. It does not cover a judgment of a court of another country, and it does not cover a state-court judgment. Do not file a foreign-country judgment under that section. Rule 69(a)(1) sends execution procedure to the state where the federal court is located, unless a federal statute governs. No state statute for recognizing a foreign-country money judgment was opened. You open that statute, and you confirm the judgment is final and for a sum the paper states, before you take a step.
