List judgment and debt facts before enforcement of a credit contract
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List whether the file contains a judgment, its court and date, and the contract date. Do not say enforcement can start.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether any enforcement step is available. If the claim has become a money judgment in a federal court, Rule 69(a)(1) says it is enforced by a writ of execution unless the court directs otherwise, and that execution procedure follows the state where the court is located unless a federal statute governs. A contract that is not yet a judgment is not in Rule 69. No credit-code enforcement gate was opened. If a debt collector would sue on a consumer debt, 12 CFR § 1006.26(b) says the debt collector must not bring or threaten a legal action on a time-barred debt. You decide whether the collector and the debt are within that rule, using § 1692a, and whether the state limitation period has expired. That period was not opened. The tool does not threaten suit and does not calculate the debt.

- Resolve exceptions and record the responsible lawyer’s approval of the exact output and intended use.
