How AI is used
List each employer, account, and asset the file already states, with the document and page. Leave earnings figures blank for the § 1673 check. Do not choose an enforcement step.
What the lawyer must review
Rule 69(a)(2) lets the judgment creditor take discovery in aid of the judgment from any person, including the judgment debtor, under these rules or under the procedure of the state where the court is located. You decide what discovery to seek. If the asset is earnings, § 1673(a) states the two federal ceilings, and § 1673(b) states the support-order percentages. The picture is not a finding that an asset can be taken. Formal Opinion 512 applies before financial records go into a tool.
