- How AI is used
- List each commitment the client offers, the conduct it addresses, and the document it comes from. Do not write an order or an undertaking.
- What the lawyer must review
- There is no Australian enforceable undertaking in this version. 15 U.S.C. § 45(b) says the Commission, when it has reason to believe a person is using an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice and a proceeding would be in the public interest, shall serve a complaint with a hearing set at least 30 days after service. The person may appear and show cause. If the Commission finds the method or practice prohibited, it serves an order to cease and desist. A petition to a court of appeals to set the order aside is filed within 60 days from service. The section mentions a consent order when it excludes one from a civil-penalty path. It does not set out how a consent order is negotiated or what it must contain. You write any order. Opinion 512: the list is not the order.
