How AI is used
Table who exchanged information, whether it concerns price, output, wages or hiring, and how recent and how specific the notes say it was. Write no legal conclusion.
What the lawyer must review
Sherman Act § 1 is the offence. The January 2025 FTC and DOJ guidelines on workers say information exchanges may indicate wage coordination, and that an agreement can be written or unwritten. The guidelines are the agencies' views. They are not a holding that every exchange of information is a crime. You decide whether the exchange is evidence of an agreement. Opinion 512: verify the table against the documents and do not put them in a public tool.
