Decide whether to seek an order stopping a work stoppage

How AI is used
From the documents the lawyer selects, list the dates of the stoppage, who stopped work, and whether the papers describe a labor dispute. Do not write an application, a complaint, or a draft order.
What the lawyer must review
You decide whether any order is available, and you write anything that is filed. The tool writes none of it. No court of the United States has jurisdiction to issue a restraining order or a temporary or permanent injunction in any case involving or growing out of a labor dispute to prohibit a person participating or interested in that dispute from ceasing or refusing to perform any work or remaining in any relation of employment, or from the other acts listed in 29 U.S.C. § 104. Exceptions recognised outside that section were not opened. Do not name one. Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act was not opened.
