- What the lawyer must review
- You write the notice that is published. Section 8120 requires that, in addition to service of the notice of hearing under the article beginning at § 8110, notice of hearing of a petition for administration of a decedent's estate shall also be published before the hearing in the manner provided in that article, which runs from § 8120 through § 8125. Sections 8121 through 8125 were not opened. Open them before you state how many times the notice runs or which newspaper prints it. Section 8110 was not opened. You do not invent those requirements from this section alone.
