Draft an anti-doping response under the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy

How AI is used
From the notice and the National Anti-Doping Policy, confirm which National Sports Tribunal division hears the matter and the appeal path from it, then schedule the athlete’s election dates (the B-sample request window and the hearing election) and the response dates, naming the rule each one comes from. Set each World Anti-Doping Code or policy article asserted in the notice beside the material on the file that answers it, including the athlete’s therapeutic use exemption (TUE) and medication records, and list every allegation the file does not yet answer. The tool writes no part of the athlete response, the governing-body paper, any procedural submission or any statutory declaration annexed to them: no draft, no first draft, no scaffold, no suggested paragraphs. Against the response the lawyer has written, check each substance named against the 2026 Prohibited List taken from Sport Integrity Australia rather than any copy the tool holds, and flag every account of how the substance entered the body with nothing on the file behind it.
What the lawyer must review
  • Check the 2026 Prohibited List with Sport Integrity Australia (not ASADA)
  • Check the current Anti-Doping Policy
  • Check NST rules and the appeal path for each division
  • Check any TUE and the October 2025 task force rules on manipulation
