Leave the party's tenancy hearing evidence for the lawyer
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Write nothing. Do not prepare a heading, a paragraph, or the closing words of evidence the party will sign or verify. List only the document names already in the file.
- What the lawyer must review
- 28 U.S.C. § 1746 permits an unsworn declaration under penalty of perjury, in the form that section sets out, where federal law would otherwise require a sworn writing. You write any evidence the party adopts. The tool does not. California Civil Code § 1946.2 is the just-cause rule for the notice. It is not a script for the hearing.
