- List any death record, will, or grant in the file, each with its date and the name it uses. Do not say who may deal with the land and do not prepare an application.
- What the lawyer must review
- You prepare any application after you open the probate and recording law of the state where the land is. No transmission or succession statute was opened. Rule 11(b)(3) applies if you later allege that a person is entitled to deal with the land. Model Rule 1.1, including Comment 8, is the competence duty while you find that law. The list does not treat a will as proved. A document that is not in the file is not described.
