Build a chronology of the contract and the notices
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- In date order, list the contract, each notice, and each deadline the papers state, with the page. Do not write a submission and do not say a party is in breach.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide whether any notice was effective and whether any remedy is available. No specific-performance statute was opened, so the chronology states none. Comment 8 to Rule 1.1 and Formal Opinion 512 govern the use of a tool to order the file. Model Rule 3.3 applies before any date from the chronology is put in a paper for a court. The dates come from the file. A date the papers do not state is not added.
