List the material for submissions on a recorded interest
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Under each issue the lawyer names, list the document and the page. Do not write the submission and do not say an interest should be removed.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write the submission. No statute on removing a recorded claim from title was opened, so the list states no ground of removal. Model Rule 3.3 applies to every fact you put before the court. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the title papers go into a tool. Comment 8 to Rule 1.1 is the competence rule for that use. A fact that is not in the marked document is not added.

Who does what
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Assistance | Supporting preparation only. Consider narrowly defined preparation support after confirming the tool’s capability and permitted scope. The tool writes nothing into the document. Substantive advice, judgement and any restricted content remain with the responsible human. |
| Lawyer | Perform the substantive analysis and decisions. Independently check any permitted supporting work and approve the exact output for its intended use. |
