Index the contract file for a purchaser's court claim
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Index the contract date, the parties, the deposit figure the contract states, and each exhibit by its description. Do not write the purchaser's account of what happened.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write any factual account that is filed. The tool does not outline it. Rule 11(b)(3) requires evidentiary support, or a specific identification that support is likely after a reasonable opportunity for investigation, for a factual contention you present to the court. Rule 11(b)(4) covers a denial. No vendor-and-purchaser summons procedure was opened, and no state rule requiring a particular factual account was opened. California Civil Code § 1102 is a disclosure article for a transfer of single-family residential property. It is not a form of court evidence. You open the official code because the Justia text says it may lag.
